I can not believe it has happened.
At first they have ruined my anniversary surprise by sending flowers 2 weeks before the delivery date, and after all the conversations I had with your team, and have completely failed and did not deliver flowers on the day when it was supposed to happen.
It is the worst service I have ever received and potential customers should avoid using their services as apparently they employ a team of imbeciles who can not even read the instructions.
I will never do business with this company again! I ordered flowers several days ahead of time to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday on July 3. I got an email stating they were delivered however she had never received them. Called customer service and they said they would follow up with the vendor. They called me back the next day stating they contacted the vendor and confirmed they were unable to make the delivery (did not give a reason) offered to send another flower arrangement on Monday (2 days after they should have been delivered) I told them they were 2 days late not to worry about it. I am supposed to be getting a full refund and a gift certificate (which is useless because I will never use this company again)
I paid for same day delivery and expedited service. Because of "weather conditions" it was not delivered same day only my same day delivery fee was refunded to me.
Website was easy to navigate. The final word will be the end product.

The person that received the flowers was happy and stated they had 1/2 dozen roses and about a dozen lily's.
The order was delivered directly to the leasing office instead of the recipient (as any flower delivery service would do) and the delivery people lied to your head office about not able to deliver to the residence. They never did. Also, one of the item -the teddy bear- was damaged at the neckline, exposing the stuffing inside and was covered up with a bow.
This is the first time I tried out this service, but it may be my last because of the way the local shop handled the merchandise as well as the delivery method.

You should enable a buyer to go back to previous pages at any given time. I wasn't able to go back after a certain point to change my selection. Had to start over.
You have 3 sizes to choose from. But it's hard to know just what you are getting in each size. I chose the mid size arrangement. It did not appear to be very full and the vase size seemed to dwarf the flowers. It makes me very hesitant to order again.
