I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. According to the site I had plenty of time for them to arrive that day. They did not!
I contacted them when I found out they had not arrived, but it was too late in the day for delivery. The next morning I received a e-mail asking if I still wanted the flowers delivered. I said yes please immediately.
They delivered the flowers and added a teddy bear to them without an additional charge. Thank you.

Was unhappy abut the15.00 handling charge. I coulda had an Uber Pick Them Up for6.00? Also the picture had a center Sunflower. When it arrived there was no center Flower?

1. My order was not delivered on the date promised (3 days late).
2. The order was not as ordered and substituted with other flowers.
3. After contacting customer service several times, they could not give me any idea as to an expected delivery time. I know they "farm" out their orders to 3rd party florists but you would think in a case like this that they would be in touch with that florist.
4. I was told I would receive credits which I still not have seen (Same day delivery fee and 20% discount).
5. I was promised an upgrade in my order. Instead the order was doubled but still looked like the "regular" arrangement and not the "deluxe" I ordered or the "Premium" I was promised.
This is the second time I have experienced a problem but not to this extent. They ruined what was to be a special Birthday surprise. After several orders I have placed thru this company, they have lost my confidence and my business as a customer.

The shipping is too high and there weren't any sunflowers in the bouquet my daughter received. I ordered sunflowers but she did love what she received.
