I ordered 2 dozen long stemmed Roses and the flowers that were delivered were unimpressive and definitely not 2 dozen. I was very disappointed with the pictures my wife showed me of the flowers that were sent.
I didn't see the flowers so hard to know if I was satisfied with them or not... Otherwise a fantastic experience
I selected a fruit basket that the picture showed a pineapple, red apples, oranges, pears and an assortment of fruits with candies added throughout. What was sent was a basket of a couple of bananas, 2 oranges and the rest of it was all green apples. Not only was I totally embarressed with what was sent, but furious that I paid as much as I did for that lousy of a gift. As I understand it, this was "subcontracted" out to a local florist. Whoever they used is terrible. Because you don't know who is actually fulfilling the order, I highly recommend you use someone local that you can trust.

The only thing I was displeased with was delivery time. I paid for expedited shipping and was guaranteed delivery by noon. However, it wasn't delivered til hours after noon. I had to contact customer care to ask for a refund of my fee. I feel I should've been offered more for the inconvience.
