I ordered the "deluxe" or what I thought was the LARGEST bouquet. It is no better than I could have picked up from Safeway for 1/2 the price. I'm rather disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
