I was very good on time
The flowers were for my mom for her birthday. She was very happy with them and said they were beautiful. I was a little taken back by the $14.99 service fee which I was not aware of until ready to complete order and pay. This should be shown before order is actually placed. Also, there was a same day service fee which was not mentioned until time of payment.
5 stars all around. Beautiful flowers and delivered on time.

I ordered the flowers on 6/18/15 to be delivered the next day but they were not. I called customer service on 6/19/15 the lady who assisted me was very nice and courteous and she said they could enhance the order and deliver it with a note saying it was intended to be delivered the previous day. I agreed. It still did not arrive till 6/ 22/15
I have a simple suggestion. When ordering from your site. If you can't deliver it for the next day, block off those days like other sites do. Insted of making the customer believe they will be delivered the next day.

As an ebates shopper, one of my frustrations is that if you go through ebates to get to a flower website, you cannot take advantage of any other specials the site may be offering. However, these flowers were delivered to New Jersey, so I was not able to see them, but was told they were very, very pretty. Pleased with the purchase and would use them again.
Site presented lots of beautiful arrangements at reasonable prices. Had personal interactions with florist in getting a delivery done as a surprise and it was flawless. Would recommend these vendors to all my friends.
