I paid for the upgraded (premium) flowers and it was I believe the beachy bouquet it was not like the picture advertised and had less flowers than the advertised picture even after I paid to upgrade it was still less. I was very disappointed however we were very pleased with the delivery and time to delivery so thank you very much for that

I have never ordered flowers through an online service, but I was pleasantly surprised! They arrived to my friend and they looked exactly like the picture! She was happy and so was I!
I never received any confirmation when I ordered. I got my PayPal confirmation. Therefore, I did not get any order number, so I could not track the flowers. I only found out they were delivered by actually calling the hospital. Other than that, I think it's ok.

I selected the 'premium' arrangement for the bouquet I had selected and honestly it just wasn't what I was expecting. The mylar balloon I ordered with it was larger than the bouquet itself and I didn't feel it was worth the $93.48 I spent on it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
