You should show the delivery price at the beginning and not at the end. The balloon I ordered only lasted the same day! And my flower arrangement was not the same as the picture but it was good!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
