I should have read all of these reviews before I placed the order but got sucked in by the "same day delivery" and $19.99. I ordered flowers and two days later I am still waiting for them to be delivered to my daughter. They tried telling me that delivery was attempted and I said someone was home all day, they were in an accident and have no car, hence the reason for the flowers. Ugh... what a frustrating disappointing experience! Please do not use these people to order flowers!

The flowers are beautiful and delivered when expected... overall, I really liked using fromyouflowers.com. I just wish that they would have pictures of the smaller bouquet options like they do for the the medium bouquet options. I was worried if I ordered the small, my friend would receive a bouquet with 3 flowers in it. So I had to order above the price I wanted to pay to make sure she'd receive a beautiful arrangement.
The site was very easy to use, I was notified when the delivery person arrived at the destination, and the rep I spoke with on the customer service line was excellent. I will definitely be using the services again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
