I liked that the flowers arrived with both open flowers and buds. This was a present and I did not want to have the recipient wait for the buds to open that other sights offered. I was very pleased with the bouquet and will use fromyouflowers again in the future.

Your site never told me there was a shipping charge, though I thought there would be. It appears a "bit shady" when you slap it on after the credit card number ws given. I'm in Customer Service Management, that is not good business in my opinion. One should ALWAYS clearly see the total amount BEFORE a form of payment is asked for. Actually, I wanted to cancel my order based on principle alone. But like many others you have "tricked", I won't. As my sister is more important at this moment. I EXPECT you will ensure that what ever florist is in Madison you use... Will make it a "STAND OUT" BEAUTI'FULL' bouquet. I will be seeing it. So please, do not further disappoint. WITH OUT A DOUBT you should follow up! My goodness what kind of a question is that? Whether a customer leaves a complaint OR a compliment; ALWAYS follow up! Certainly reward anyone that takes the time to assist/comment on your lively-hood. I can't wait for your call.
The delivering person did not knock on the door, nor ring the door bell. The flowers sat in the heat for a longer than required period of time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
