I finally found a site that offered same-day delivery on a Sunday! I thought all was great...I paid for same-day delivery and after I placed the order got a phone call that said they couldn't find a florist to deliver that day. Ok...it would be delivered tomorrow and I would get an upgrade. Well, today the basket of chocolates was delivered to my mom's house and left outside in a heat index of 103 degrees! My mom got a nice basket of melted chocolate mess with a balloon :(
I selected the middle size because it stated that the size pictured. The product received was about 1/3 the size of the picture. I would have happily paid for the larger one had I know that was really what was pictured.
So many floral sites to choose from! Needed hospital delivery today so I paid extra. I'm expecting beautiful flowers and speedy delivery for a new born baby girl. Got a call within the stated time that the flowers had arrived. Was told they were beautiful. I didn't get to see them. If they looked like the picture then I am pleased. Thank you.

I had an issue with the handling fee but it was explained to me due to the rating I gave. However, the same information given to me as an explanation would be good to see before you actually get to the page where it shows up, reason being when I first saw it I didn't understand what it was for. If it can't be earlier it would be nice to have this information somewhere on the page when the cost is shown. Once it's been delivered and I find it is as I ordered then will I be able to say how satisfied I was with the products/services that I received. Thank you for the experience.
