The flowers I selected on the site (roses and lilies) was not what was sent. My recipient had lilies and carnations with 1 rose. Very disappointed as this is NOT what I was intending to send as I DO NOT like carnations nor would I spend money on them.
Otherwise the order process, time and delivery was flawless. Had the order been correct it would've been a very positive experience.
It's easy to order online, and the selection is very nice.
My order was comparable to other, similar companies in cost. It arrived much faster than many other companies that I have used. Thank you!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from From You Flowers. The first time the flowers were beautiful and were delivered ontime, the second time I ordered they advertised same day delivery- it did not get delivered until late the following day but the flowers were still beautiful, the 3rd time I ordered the flowers were a BIG disappointment, but after a few days From You Flowers credited me half the cost of the flowers and apologized. This last time I ordered on a Friday for a Monday delivery and the flowers were delivered after noon on Tuesday. While I understand From You Flowers is really just the middleman, I think that maybe they need to be more selective about the florist they use. I don't believe I will use them again.
The flowers for my daughter's birthday were very nice and delivered the same day.

I have used this service many times. This last order I was disappointed. I always send the same bouquet at the regular size. Well, I upgraded to the deluxe and the arrangement was the same size. I was very disappointed. They were for my daughter's 13th birthday and I wanted them to be fuller. And, they weren't.

These flowers were ordered for a funeral out of town,so i did not see them, but was told they were beautiful, they were delivered a day early but the funeral was at a church so that was ok, maybe not if they were being sent to a funeral home

Flowers were beautiful and fresh. They were for my brother's funeral. The arrangement was missing the "Loving Brother" banner I ordered extra for $5. Other than that, they were very nice.
