The actual bouquet of flowers was quite different from what we selected. However, it was nice and obviously they have to work with what is available in the location near where the flowers have to be delivered.
I was grateful to have found a place that made same day deliveries.
I ordered a BASKET OF PLANTS with chocolates however, I received a message that my flowers were going to be replaced...I didn't order flowers...I wanted for my mother to receive plants instead of flowers that die sooner that's why I ordered that basket. When I was notified that the product was going to be replaced I expected to be done with different plants not with flowers. I was really disappointed when my mother showed me what she received.
Thank you anyway. She won't know that's not what she was supposed to get.
Since this was a gift, know that I'm not happy with the product she received. Not what I paid for.
I have ordered from this site several times and have never been dissatisfied. I'm hoping with this Covid19 we will still have a great experience especially since my mother in law is turning 90! We really wanted to be with her, so hopefully she will know how much we love her and appreciate her. As well as our good friend in Vegas isolating alone.
Great so far see when I see the flowers. The chocolate was melted.
I was greatly disappointed when I heard the regular balloons all deflated overnight! If I buy again, I certainly won't recommend or buy balloons. Otherwise, delivery was great. Love the fact the chocolates are made from scratch and are a mix of dark and milk chocolate. Teddy bear was very soft and cute and the Flowers were lovely!

The last time I ordered from your site what I paid for was not what the person received. I am trying this again in hopes that this order will be correct.
Service has been great! Even if I have a question about my order, it gets solved immediately. I feel like a valued customer for life. The only problem is, is that I am a visual person and expect the final product to look exactly like the picture I picked for delivery and that has not happened. Especially if your sending orders from West coast to East coast.
Easy website, really like it. Communication with company was prompt and professional. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the actual product my recipient got was disappointing to me. The pics led me to believe the arrangement would have several succulent plants, there were just 3. It was a designer's choice/best value. I should've ordered the exact arrangement instead.
