So easy and affordable, just hoping the flowers make it because I have had horrible experiences with online florists. Flowers made it as promised and best of all my wife said they were gorgeous.
I chose the florist bouquet to send to my aunt in the hospital many miles away. They said it was beautiful and full. They arrived around lunchtime and I ordered late the night before. I am so pleased as it touched her heart which is what I wanted. Thank you for your service. I will use you again.
I paid for expedited delivery before noon. The person receiving the gift only works until 3 so I needed to be sure the flowers made it in time. Called customer service. They couldn't get in touch with the flower shop. They did note that i paid for expedited service. The flowers did arrive before she left at 2pm. Very disappointed that I paid for delivery before noon and did not get that.

I have always had a good experience but I recommended to my daughter and she tried sending flowers to her grandmother for her birthday and they were not delivered on time so she cancelled the order

The flowers were smaller than supposed to be and they look half dead and part of the flowers were broken and hanging. I would like a refund.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
