Never sent flowers from UK to USA before so feeling a little nervous - service was so easy to use with lots of choice and easy checkout. It was great that I received an email confirming that they had delivered my order.
The nice, square vase pictured is not what was received. Also, paid extra for delivery before noon but the flowers arrived late in the afternoon.

The flowers were not delivered on time to the residential address on time. The florist called us numerous times to coordinate another delivery attempt but were not helpful. They ended up saying that they delivered the flowers but since they didn't get them, they would make a second arrangement and deliver them?! However, our BOSS only received the one bouquet of flowers at 8 pm and it look horrible! They were wilted and sagging and nothing like the picture provided on the website. I called customer service Monday 7/20 after hearing the terrible news from my coworkers and asked for a refund. The customer service rep was very kind and understood and spoke with her manager and said that they would give me a complete refund. Unfortunately, there is no way to make up for a bad flower arrangement, you only have one shot and if its a failure you can't make it up. These flowers were from his employees for the loss of his Mother. Instead of getting a beautiful bouquet, they got a shriveled up pathetic arrangement. I don't know if I'll use this service again...There is no way to ensure what I order will be delivered. The quality and quantity was lacking tremendously.

The order was not delivered until the following today, even though I paid for same day. There were no sunflowers in the arrangement, and very few Blackeyears Susan I thank that is what they used to replace. Not very happy

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
