My order was delivered but the email was sent out that it had been delivered before it actually was. Ruining the surprise.The florist missed spelled through for threw which was spelled correctly the first time I wrote it. For some reason they changed it. Other than that issue I was pleased.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
