I thought the flowers were beautiful and fresh. However, when I paid for the premium bunch at the highest price I thought I'd get a much bigger arrangement. The arrangement was very small for the price and it was to be the last birthday we will be celebrating with my mom as she has terminal liver cancer so I wanted to make a big impact. I was a bit dissapointed.
The order was fast. I hope the flowers are wonderful and arrive on time.

The process was quick and easy, the arrangement was beautiful... BUT, the vase was broken in the corner. It completely chipped off and the water came spilling out. I would like a portion of the price to be reimbursed for this.

The arrangement was a lot smaller than it looked online and although I received a delivery confirmation on Sunday I didn't see it at the visitation that day. Perhaps the church put it elsewhere however all of the other arrangements were displayed at the visitation. I only finally saw the arrangement at the luncheon that was after the funeral. While I am glad it finally showed up I wish others could have seen it.
I didn't like shopper approved email. The email's subject/title as it appeared in my inbox "no reply" In my opinion the term no reply is a poor choice of words when the purpose of the email communication is regarding a delivery. Its natural for the customer receiving your email to think- and then have to rule out- that there was possibly no reply from the location receiving the delivery. And in certain situations such as flowers sent for sympathy for death of loved one, most people are not going to be comfortable contacting the bereaved party to find out if they received the flowers being delivered, which was the purpose of your email.
Shouldn't this be asked after the delivery has been made? The product my parent received was cheaply packaged which was not as the site/picture indicated. I felt bad. My parent usually receives quality products from me and I made a mistake by using your service due to the false advertising of the item purchased.

Delivery of flowers to Trumbauersville (yes obscure but does exist - see Google maps) not until 4pm Monday 7/20 should have been the 17th
Both recipients commented on the small size of the arrangement and plant - they both hoped I got a refund for the size and condition of arrangement and plant -
Delivery person in Pennsylvania was rude and never even apologized to my 85 year old mother for the delay in delivery

The plant was ordered for a funeral instead of flowers so that the family would have something to keep. The plant was large and very nice.
Flowers were not delivered on time - at least five hours late. Timing was essential to the gift. A day later, I received a call from fromyouflowers.com saying that the florist had delivered it to a neighbor. This seems bizarre. Who delivers flowers without asking for the recipient's name? Furthermore, I provided a buzzer number and my name is on the outdoor list of residents. The flowers, when eventually received, were a bit past their prime - beginning to wilt. Overall, poor coordination between the online middleman and retailer. My first messages to fromyouflowers.com were answered with an automated message saying they would look into it. But no one followed up until I called. I should have looked at Yelp reviews before spending the money - which was NOT refunded.
More expensive, especially after service/handling than I would have thought.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
