Beautiful flowers delivered on time
How do I start... The arrangement that I ordered was to be delivered to a hospital. The hospital has 6 buildings or so, and my friend wasn't on the main building. The delivery person did not bother to inquire about which of the buildings she might have been, and returned the arrangement back to the shop. At this point, no one bothered to contact me to give me an update of a delivery that was scheduled for before noon time. At 3:30 pm, I called to find out that the flowers didn't get delivered. Fortunately, the lady on the phone was very competent and called the hospital to inquire about my friend and obtained all the necessary details to deliver the arrangement. Unfortunately, it was past 3:00pm and delivery got pushed back to the following day. My friend was getting released that day, so I chose to change the delivery to her house instead to play it safe. Needless to say the arrangement got delivered, but the lack of communication left a bitter taste in my palate. Not to mention that my friend send me a picture of the arrangement, and the bottom flowers and leaves looked wilted. In conclusion, I'm a little disappointed at the lack of communication on their end. A phone call would have resolved the issue at the hospital and the flowers would have gotten delivered where they were intended to be delivered. I don't know if I will use the service again...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
