What made me purchase was when i decided not to they emailed me with free shipping, the shipping price was way to high to begin with. The florist also had a slight problem finding the address but she called and the issue was resolved right away, the flowers were beautiful and I am very please with my order. I will definitely use this site again.
I placed same-day order at around 7 am for a flower delivery to my mom for her birthday. Within 2 hours, I received an email and spotted the words "...unfortunately, we were not able to..." My heart sank. The florist in my mom's area did not have the bouquet I ordered available. I read on, and to my surprise, they replaced the bouquet I ordered with one that was similar! I have ordered before from a different company, and when they didn't have what I ordered, they canceled the order altogether. This wasn't the end of my wonderful experience with From You Flowers' customer service. Within the next hour, I received notification that the florist was unable to locate my mother at the hospital address I had given because they were not sure if she was a patient or an employee, and they said they would hold my order until I responded. Again, I was so glad they called me instead of canceling outright, and I responded immediately. I received notification within the next couple of hours that the flowers were successfully delivered. My mother called me to tell me she loved them! I don't write many reviews, positive or negative, but this is the best customer service I have experienced in a long while!
It was a gift. So I do not know what the product looked like, but was told they are beautiful.
So, so, so happy! I forgot a birthday - Ordered the flowers and less than an hour later they were at her door!

Hello all was good until the15 service fee. Plz consider putting that in the front so people will know. Otherwise it looks slightly sleazy!10 service fee is palatable as shopping at Safeway or Costco yields a lot more flowers. The delivery is a users expense- just let us know in the beginning.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
