My main issue is what I ordered did not look anything like what was delivered. The flower arrangement was in much disarray. After I untangled the balloons that had broken a few flowers. The flowers are not arranged anything like the picture.

I been ordering From You Flowers quite a bit lately and have been very happy! I have sent flowers to California,New York,Florida and now Idaho. This is the first time I have ordered a flower cake, chocolates and balloons;can't wait to hear how she likes it all. My niece sent me a picture of everything and it all looked great. I really liked the flower cake and a big thanks to the florist that "made" the cake.

I've got ordering down now. However, last order I asked for morning delivery and paid for it; later learned that my mother did not get the flowers until late in the afternoon. Maybe because facility was in lockdown, don't know, but I won't pay for this service again.

I am very disappointed. The photo showed a medium sized vase and a nice spray of flowers. What was received was a small vase and a small spray of flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, but I feel like I was completely ripped off with paying a total of $60 for that small vase and small spray of flowers. Not happy at all!
