My friend received the flowers late in the day. That's ok, However, there were 3 large daffodils and one gerber daisy in a glass jar that didn't have bow around it as it usually does. A bunch of filler daisies, greens and other filler. I'm embarrassed and disappointed
The flowers were gorgeous! They weren't as full as the photo shown but still a pretty set for my moms birthday.

Easiest way to send flowers long distance. However, the flowers delivered were a far cry from the pictures on their website. I realize that they contract with local florists, but I was very disappointed.

Thanking you for making this such an easy process in order to celebrate and recognize family, friends and colleagues. When one delivery was delayed, it was easy to click on the CHAT NOW button and chat with an online representative and resolve why my third floral arrangement wasn't delivered on the scheduled date. The tracking system was also very helpful, allowing me to view the confirmation of the deliveries. (3 different arrangements to 3 different recipients.)
As of today, all floral arrangements have been delivered and the recipients were appreciative of the beauty it brought to their homes during these crazy times we are facing as a society.

The flower arrangements that were delivered didn't look like the pictures of what I had ordered. The pictures on the website were much better than what was delivered. I guess that is the luck of the draw when ordering online. The people who received the arrangements liked them but then they also didn't see what they were supposed to get either! Should I use this site again going forward, I think I'll stick with ordering plants and not a floral arrangement. I believe with a plant there is a better chance of getting what I order.
I asked for the card message to say "Happy birthday Vron! Sorry you have to spend your bday in quarantine. We hope you still have a great day celebrating the awesome gal you are. We love you so much! Splove - PC'09." The card that was delivered said "Veronica, sorry you have to spend your day alone." How is that even close to what I wanted?!
I found this ordering process extremely difficult! It took forever! I almost cancelled this order.

Easy process. Ordering from the site was great! No problems at all. Delivery was same day and much appreciated. However, the company read my private message card over the phone to the recipient before he received the arrangement. They were calling to confirm delivery and asked if he wanted to hear the message card. I was not too happy about that. Otherwise, I would use this service again.

I was disappointed when I was sent the picture of the flowers by the recipient. It appeared from the picture many of the flowers were just a bud so it did not look full. I think the pictures online can be deceiving from the actual product.

Recipients received their flowers on stated date, however the box was left on porch and no one rang the bell to alert them of the shipment. Otherwise, VERY HAPPY with smooth transaction!

The process are a little bit high. And my flowers were not delivered on the same day as I had paid for them to be delivered on the same day I placed the order. But the person I got them for was happy when she got them so in the end that's all that really matters. But if someone pays for same day delivery that's what they expect since they are paying the extra for it.
Ez to find great bouquets and delivery is always as it should be
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
