It was good except when I went to look for a discount code the prices went up in my cart. I had to redo my order and all the prices on the site had gone up.
Update- received roses- I paid $90 for the premium arrangement which was supposed to look bigger and better than the picture in the Internet. It looked more like the picture on the Internet.
I was surprised at the14.99 extra charge to ship, i felt like it was sprung on me at the last moment. Did i miss this somewhere...?

I was happy with the ease of ordering the flowers. The order was delivered in the time frame that they were supposed to.
The initial experience was pleasant, I liked that I could have a care package sent the same day for a minimal fee however my package never arrived and I had to reach out to you to find out rather than the you contacting me to let me know it wasn't being delivered. The Customer service did make an effort to give me a $15.00 gift certificate towards a future purchase.

I received an email a couple of hours after submitting my order which indicated that the order had to be substituted. It all turned out great, however, it would have been nice to know what the substitution was, such as a picture or a description.

Good customer service from the call center. The flowers were delivered 5 minutes before 5PM which was very late. I was not happy about the delivery time. I was told I will have the expedited fee reimbursed.

See email that I sent. The product that arrived was not what I ordered. The product I ordered had sunflowers, tulips, green poms, and Purple Monte Casino Asters. The product that arrived only had sunflowers from the description, and had filler carnations and roses. The product received was not what was promised from the order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
