The flowers looked amazing. They weren't exactly what I thought I was ordering but my mom still loved them!
I paid for deluxe, but I saw the flowers sent, and paying $60.00 for a small bouquet was disappointing. I expected much more then what was sent. It looked like the regular bouquet instead of deluxe. I don't think I will use your service again. Without a person actually be present placing orders, companies have the tendency to take advantage of consumers. You are the second online florist company that has done this to me. No more online.
It did take a while to find a "cat themed" arrangement. It was under "kitties." Once I found it the ordering process and delivery were very straightforward.

We have used from you flowers for several years now and we have always received compliments on the flowers that were sent! The product is beautiful...sometimes pricey but always beautiful.
I don't do this very often so was I was pleased with the ease in ordering and big selection I had to choose from. I received a picture of the flowers I sent and they were beautiful. I also order a box of chocolates and they looked delicious. Very happy with everything except I would have liked a morning delivery without paying the extra.

I wish the company would disclose ALL fees at the front of the purchase. I had to cancel my first order and start over with a much less expensive arrangement. I was pleased with the product and the timeliness but I think it's kind of a sham that I ended up buying a $19.99 arrangement that cost $41.00 by the time I paid taxes and processing fees. I would have much rather bought a bigger arrangement and paid a smaller fee.
Flowers and chocolates received in a very timely fashion. I purchased a "premium" bouquet for delivery. When I was sent a photo of the bouquet received, it did not look like what I purchased. Blue Delphiniums were substituted by purple Bearded Irises. I was displeased with this for a few reasons:
1) The florist should have notified me of a substitution and received my authority'
2) Because of the substitution, the arrangement looked sparse and not very full; the colors didn't look as nice either.
3) I ordered a "premium" bouquet; it looked like a "standard" bouquet...and there is a big price difference
Taylor from From You Flowers did call me the same night that I sent them an email, and offered me a $20 coupon toward my next purchase. I did accept this offer, but now wish I hadn't.
I have not seen the basket, To answer properly, but my niece has called and is very happy with the delivery so that is good enough for me. Thank you. I will use your services again.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the ones I ordered. The color scheme was the same and yellow roses where used other than that not even close. I knew it wasn't going to be exact but I would not have knowingly spent 50 dollars on the arragment that I got. And will never use your service again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
