Needed sympathy arrangement on short notice. If selection is as it appears on the web site, and is delivered timely, the experience will be good. It would be better if "handling" fee was presented up-front, instead of a sleazy add-on.
UPDATE:
Order was NOT delivered on-time, despite the "expedite" charge. To be fair, fromyouflowers did respond timely, and refunded the "expedite" fee. However, the point was not to save money, but to have the flowers delivered on time (it was a funeral service). When they finally did arrive, they were "beautiful, and fragrant," according to a family member...unfortunately, hours after the service

I live in New Mexico and ordered a bouquet for my sister in law who was recovering at home from a hospital procedure in Las Vegas, NV. The flowers arrived a day late but the customer service rep followed up and it arrived later. Waiting to receive a ten dollar gift card in an email as an apology.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
