Shipping charges rather high. Also I placed wrong delivery date, didn't realize until 2 days later, called c.s. And tried to change date. Supposedly date was changed but it wasn't. My fault but was hoping c.s could help me.

Placed my order on Sunday night to be delivered on Tuesday. Got called on Tuesday at 11 saying there wasn't a florist to deliver in the area and the flowers could be delivered the next day. I agreed to just pick up the flowers myself to deliver. Then the florist didn't have the right color for the arrangement I wanted had to trade orange for pink. Picked up the flowers and the arrangement is much smaller than I expected. I was careful to look online and order the deluxe so it would look like the picture. My arrangement has much more greenery and fewer flowers than what was pictured. Highly disappointed!

The flowers werent fresh and rose petals were falling off as soon as it was delivered. This is very unsatisfactory considering i purchased this for a wedding anniversary.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
