From You Flowers didn't deliver on time.
Even after adding 'expedited fee' of $4.99, the delivery was late in the afternoon. The recipient had to wait for long.
However, the roses delivered were lovely!

The flowers were beautiful and the package I got came with a teddy bear and a balloon which was a great bundle for the price. It really cheered my grandma up. The delivery time is anywhere from 9-5 for businesses but they arrived at 6:00. I wish it would of came earlier but it was still special. I will order again! Great job!

Went to the funeral visitation around 6:15 PM on the day to be delivered and
Did not see the planter, yet when following up the next morning customer service
Checked with the funeral home and they had arrived. Maybe they just had not

I will be contacting customer service regarding my issue but I was NOT pleased with the floral arrangement. Didn't look like the picture at all. Depicted was tightly arranged roses cut short so that it was packed tightly. What arrived was long stem roses with no greenery so it they looked like twigs in the vase w/out filler.
Additionally, I paid extra for the photo vase and thought the image was going to be imprinted on the vase, instead it was a printed out photo taped to the vase. It should have stated that's how it was going to be on the vase instead of the preview photo which shows the image ON the actual vase. Disappointed.
