Quick response to issues.
I was very displeased with my flowers. First of all it took a long time to get them, I ordered a specialty vase with a picture. They gave me a printed piece of paper waterproof that sticks inside the vase I thought it was going to be printed on the vase not really sure what I paid 20 extra dollars for that for. The tulips were all drooped over and didn't seem very fresh and when it arrived I had to put everything together myself. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. I will not be ordering from them again.

An unacceptable substitution was made. I should have been notified/consulted before the order was fulfilled. Had I been contacted I could have made another selection that would have been more suitable for the recipient.
Very easy and user friendly.Product was much smaller than I thought it would be, especially for the price.However, the shopping experience and the delivery were very spot on. No complaints there and the product was sent as a gift but I was sent a picture and it looked cery healthy.
A lot of the flowers died less than two days after received. Gladiolus last a long time, but not in this bouquet. Roses usually last longer than two days, but not this bouquet.

I bought the bright tea cup arrangement, because it said bright. The tea cup was more of a floral soft color, not the bright green in picture; but the flowers were bright and beautiful. I would have been happy if it was any bright color. I didn't like the floral old lady look.

Always find the coupons for free delivery fee, or $10 off! I received the Deluxe version of what I ordered, and was only slightly dissatisfied of the price versus how much of the product I received. Too expensive for a basket of candy delivery.
I was happy with it it except I needed to change the ship to zip code and I could not unless I started over. Otherwise it was good.
Please get them to her ASAP- The water in the bouquet jar was dirty the roses were half dead and limp. I was embarrassed for my mother thank goodness she can not see well. I will not order from you again...

The flowers were all one color: white. There was no color to the bouquet, which was very unfortunate. Service and delivery was fine. I was displeased with the monotone look.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
