Everything was easy, hope the flowers will be fresh and beautiful!
My customer who is recovering from surgery sent me the picture of the bouquet she received, and it was a totally different bouquet from what I ordered.
I was very disappointed.

I ordered Pink Petals Bouquet. It is supposed to come in with roses, carnations, lilies, and filler in a pink fluted vase. I paid $70--including the $5 mylar balloon charge. The recipient received about 6 roses, 6 carnation, and filler. They completely forgot the lilies and the mylar balloon and substituted a cheap-looking purple mason jar for the vase. Customer service refunded the balloon charge and 15%. So, the order cost me about $60--for 6 roses and 6 carnations--$5 a stem! Unbelievable. They should have re-made the order correctly.

I was very pleased with the flowers when I saw them. They were what I had hoped for, but wasn't really sure what I would get. I had picked the medium size, and they were just like the picture, and it was a beautiful arrangement. It was the third time I had ordered from you, but only the first time I had actually seen the arrangement I had purchased. I will certainly use fromyouflowers again, and have already recommended you to a friend.

Wasn't going to order because of the high shipping charge. Exited out...got an email to come back and the shipping was free.

The flowers delivered were not as I hoped they would be. Different container, blah colors, not arranged I'm a nice manner. It looks like someone just stuck flowers in a jar. And they were delivered way after school ended. Very sad at this costly mistake.

Horrible experience

I ordered flowers to be delivered same day and kept calling to see what time they'd be delivered and every time I called they weren't able to reach the florist. By 7:00 P.M. they still weren't delivered so I asked for my money back and have been getting the run around about when it will be back in my account. 1-2 days then 1-3 days... DO NOT order anything from this site.

Delivery and flower quality will determine if we use this site again. Delivery was fine. Flowers were different colors than bought. Mother did not expect the blooms to last beyond one week. Flowers from other services have lasted on average of two weeks.
