This is the first time I ever had a minimum order amount for the delivery area. I did not see anywhere on the site that this was in effect. I only got the notice as I went to check out.

Price was a little over priced and I had picked for same day delivery and they did not deliver it on the same day. I was happy to know that they upgraded my order after they were unable to deliver it same day I ordered. They were very friendly about the situation and it was an overall okay experience.

The arrangement was really pretty but I upgraded to the next level and paid additional for the upgrade but the arrangement was much smaller than I expected it to be based on the description and price of the upgrade.
The flowers where late and they didn't deliver to my door they delivered then to the front office in which my office had to call me
The total charges were not displayed before I was prompted to put in billing information. I didn't feel I was given fair warning to tell if I wanted to make this purchase before putting in my palpay information. I actually thought the cost would have been lower but wasn't sure.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
