I thought the "service and handling being thrown in at the very end was a bit ridiculous. I consider that a hidden fee...let people know you want half of what they ordered to deliver your service before they complete the entire form.
Very easy and conveinent but the prices on the item were on sale and then with the corporate discount it cancelled eachother out. (not clear communication). Also I wasn't expecting a 14.99 service/handling fee, that should have been included in the price of the flower. I would have been better to be forth right than wait till the end of the order.

My order was not delivered yesterday as promised. But was delivered today with a note that said that. It's good though.

The delivery was to be before 6p however it arrived around 7p.
When I saw a picture of the bouquet it did not match the image that was shown on the website. I was disappointed to see more than 1 carnation, only saw 1 lily, and the roses were red not pink as requested. I was not impressed.

However, the delivery personnel called my wife upon arriving to her office building and asked her to come downstairs to the delivery van to get her flowers. He seemed put out when asked to at least come into the building and meet her at the elevator. I would have much preferred that he deliver the flowers to her office, which I would have thought was standard.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
