So easy and usually pleased with flowers. Before delivery I was informed the flowers I chose were unavailable. I would have liked to have received aa picture of what was sent as I have no idea. I had chosen that type of flower for a reason so I would have liked to be sent flower choices that I could have chosen.

The order was delivered a day late (39th anniversary flowers)which turned out to be ok since my wife was there to receive it anyway. Since it was late I was told in an email that the arrangement would be upgraded and it definitely was not. I called customer service twice to track the order but never was able to talk to a representative. The recording said they were unable to track any orders at the time. Bottom line, my wife was still surprised and grateful but I think I will have to use another service next time.

I am writing to let you know my dissatisfaction with placing an order with ForYouFlowers.com and to let you know that I will not ever be placing another order thru you again. First off, the flowers were not delivered the day they were supposed to be delivered, even though you say same day delivery. When I called to complain about this I was told that I would get a complimentary upgrade as well as receiving 20% off. Secondly, I did not receive the 20% off and I was billed for the full price. And while she did get them on Friday, a day late, it was so late in the day that she really didn't get to enjoy them at work at all. Thirdly, I ordered 2 Mylar balloons and 4 latex balloons. My sister only received 1 Mylar balloon and 3 latex. Fourth, the arrangement sucked. My 13 year old niece can arrange flowers better than your florist. They were all clumped together, looking nothing like the picture. The flowers I ordered were supposed to be large purple roses with small pink roses filled in with tiny purple flowers. What she received was large pink flowers, not purple, and it was filled in with baby's breath, which was not pictured, and missing the tiny purple flowers. The vase was even bigger than the arrangement. You really should say that was is pictured is not what you will receive. And lastly, the card not only was missing some words that I wrote but it was written so sloppy that you could barely read it. I have never been so displeased from a flower order in my life. I would very much like my money back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
