I had an issue where i accidentally gave the wrong name, there was no way to correct the issue. Thank god the flowers reached her in mind blowing time, i was very impressed with that. But not with the quality of the flowers. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment and the very next day it was made right. The correct flowers where delivered. It takes a great business to correct their mistakes. I greatly apprichiate this company making me feel important enough to fix the issue. I will recommend your site always as well as continue doing business with you thank you for everything. Have a nice day. And get an edit button for orders. ;)

I was so disappointed in the products. Was a very cheap looking basket and everything in was from the dollar store. Some of the items even said dollar store on it. I even paid for the deluxe basket. I would never order from here again and I'd tell friends and family never order also.
I paid extra for before noon delivery and flowers were not delivered by noon nor were they delivered by 1pm. The flowers were an anniversary gift to my mother - I do expect a refund for the early delivery charge as the flowers were NOT delivered by noon.
May need to take down that same day delivery service! Guaranteed within four hours?! I had to leave an email six hours after I ordered it, which I was never respond to. Then I received a phone call 8 1/2 hours later to tell me that it couldn't be delivered today! Well duh! After I pay a delivery fee and then for other fees, I could have grown the flowers in my backyard faster than they could've delivered it! Ridiculous. The best part was the nice customer service lady I spoke to when I canceled my order. Never again will I even think of this place.
You should ask what time of the day we want the item delivered...
