From You Flowers was supposed to deliver a bouquet of flowers and a Get Well balloon to a coworker that had surgery. I called to place the order and was told that they guarantee the order will be delivered no later than 6 pm that same day. That was on a Friday. I received an email on Saturday that the vendor was "unable to make the delivery" and it would be rescheduled for Monday. This was an expensive gift to send and now it arrives 3 days late! They only offered to refund the $2.99 same day delivery charge and offered a $10 gift certificate for our next purchase. I will NEVER order from this company again. Companies like this exist to send flowers/gifts the same day. It's useless if what you're sending doesn't arrive until days after. DO NOT order from From You Flowers-HORRIBLE Company.

The ordering process was quick and easy to comprehend. I ordered the "premium" size, which showed a significantly larger, fuller bouquet, but upon delivery the arrangement was slightly smaller than what was advertised. Other than that, I am pleased with my overall experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
