My friend sent me a photo in a text of the arrangement to Thank me. I did order the deluxe model of the arrangement! Photo she sent me looked nothing like what I ordered. They did look FRESH and she did say they smelled GREAT. Just did not look like a professional did the arrangement? Sorry. The effort I made to console my friend because of the death of her dog. I sent the arrangement for the loss of a DOG! Thank God it was not for the death of a human-- I would of felt Cheap with the discount looking arrangement. Thanks for your time and letting me vent!

The flower arrived in time and the flower was fresh, this is good but the Small Box of Chocolates that I add on is not good, I really wish that I am able to pick the kinds of chocolate to send since is 10 dollars, I will not have ordered it if I know is Lindt Lindor White Chocolate, my wife dislike white chocolates... there is no where in the website states the kind of chocolate I am sending so I guess there is still room to improve.
Another complain is the birthday card is missing and she does not even have any idea who the sender is until she called me. This is very important since it is a birthday gift.

I dislike how expensive it was. The flowers looked nothing like the picture that I ordered and some were black and looked like they were dying right when they arrived. I paid as much as I did for the flowers to look like they did in the picture.
