I paid extra for early delivery and they did not deliver on time. I saw a picture of what I sent and it was not what was presented online, it looked totally different and was not the vase I had picked out. I'm not thrilled

The above were my remarks about ordering online. But when my expedited order (which I paid very dearly for) took over two days to reach the person I ordered it for, I was disappointed. I could have done just as well with XPedX and sent a gift myself rather than ordering online. However, your customer service was very nice to at least contact me about including a note explaining its late arrival and upgrading the gift. However, I would have preferred the gift arrive before the event and not after.

Please be aware that there will be a delivery service fee added at the end of your transaction. I did have to call customer service due to my error and they corrected it immediately.

Unfortunately, UPS delivers at then of the day to the address in Florida so ordering chocolate or anything with my flowers for my girlfriend is out of the question. Also I don't like the fact that they keep the flowers in the truck all day.
Flowers weren't fresh...they where smushed together and delivery guy just placed the box on the counter without speaking to anyone.
Interesting to see bad reviews online. Used this to order flowers for someone 9 hours away on 3 separate occasions, two of them being same day deliveries and all were on time and loved by recipient.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
