Super Easy and convenient! Tour Poor Customer agent Justin was so completley awesome he deserves a raise and a vacation! Please let his manager know what a true asset he is! I myself work on a hlpdesk and he exceeded my expectations on every single level! I presented him with what i considered mutiple change issues at once and instead of a specific deliver i gave several options, he never got frustrated or told me i was no longer able to change. Not only was he empathetic but also so eager to help and with a sense of urgency! He was easy to talk to you and provided the broad myriad of answers to every single detailed question i had! He should be a great example for any other service agents who may be faltering behind.
Definitely was a pleasure speaking with him and he is the largest reason I will be placing another order soon because the customer support he provided went above and beyond anything i have ever experienced in dealing with any customer service! THANK YOU JUSTIN, GREAT JOB!
Horrible. Paid $92 for arrangement, was delivered with dead flowers, much smaller/less flowers than ordered and did not have the balloon nor the teddy bear I paid for. Currently have a complaint in that has not been responded to. To be fair, just put complaint in this morning.

Flowers arrived late at night. Recipients were in bed. One rose had broken off the stem and was lying on the bottom of the box. Fromyouflowers were not responsible for the actions of others. I will give them another try in a different city
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
