We paid for premium and that is not what we received. We paid for same day delivery and they arrived the next day. The website says they have 24 hour service, but we could only send an email.
Only problem, and it was a big one, was that I paid for expedited delivery and the flowers did not arrive within the promised window. My wife didn't get them til a day later because she had left the office.
I just pray that flowers are fresh and pretty when they arrive

Everything was great except I paid for expedited delivery and it took about 3 hours longer than expected, so cut it a little close! At the same time, the flowers got there in time (before my wife left work) and the expedite fee was way more than reasonable. Thanks!
