Disappointed that flowers were not deliveeed when requested and weee a day late. Asked for expedited. Flowers lost the impact due to lateness. High delivery fee didn't get anywhere, amends to send extra large bouquet for lateness didn't help. However I was told the flowers were beautiful. Shame such a bad experience 1st time out the gate.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
