I believe the service of handling is very expensive, and I still have to see how much the delivery service is good, however the purchase experience was nice and the fact that you offer different things as carnations is great!

It was overall a good experience. One bouquet was delivered and the other was not. I tried contacting customer service and was not able to reach a human being so I sent an email. A couple hours after sending the email my cousin let me know the other bouquet came. The flowers looked lovely and were fairly reasonably priced. The picture on the website showed that the basket bouquet came with two baskets but my grandmothers bouquet only came with one.

Last time order was so screwed up, I was not happy at all. They delivered wrong item. Customer service dept really did very well to please me because of the issue. So, now I tried again and this time it was a 100% improvement. Very pleased! Mom was happy with her 80th birthday flowers. Thank You.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
