I am extremely disappointed w the order. I chose sugar and sweet. The roses were all open, not the pretty light pink shown in the photo on your web site and not with a pretty base. This was for a little girl and I am very unhappy -

Order online went really smooth, a lot of choice, but therefore not all great ones. Overall price is not that cheap
I paid additional fee for early delivery before noon and the order was delivered at around 3:30 pm. That is totally unacceptable. I ordered a purple arrangement of flowers with a square vase and the delivered pink flowers with a rounded vase. Not at all what I ordered. They were still nice but not as nice as what I picked out. I expected to be refunded for the expedited service when they did not deliver on time.
