I paid additional fee for early delivery before noon and the order was delivered at around 3:30 pm. That is totally unacceptable. I ordered a purple arrangement of flowers with a square vase and the delivered pink flowers with a rounded vase. Not at all what I ordered. They were still nice but not as nice as what I picked out. I expected to be refunded for the expedited service when they did not deliver on time.

The prices were great! The only problem I had was that I was garented same day delivery and the flowers and fruit basket was delivered the next day. I was offered $20.00 credit on both orders for next purchase.

The flowers that were sent were requested and delivered the same day to a friend who just needed to know someone cared. The call I got thanking me for the flowers was such a moment. She thought they were just beautiful and could not thank me enough for thinking of her during this time. I made her day and this delivery made mine! Would highly recommend this site. $15 delivery charge was a little steep but I could not get them there myself and I can not complain about the service.

Fast and Easy! The "deluxe" was slightly smaller than the image, yet there are some lilies that have yet to bloom - hopefully within a few days it blossoms to match the image online.

Delivered at 6:15 after I called to check on delivery guaranteed before 6. Was called back at 12:00 next day not within 1 hour. Ordered white roses delivered pink with daisies. Did not like arrangement. Driver called me at 6:15 to say left at front door. Get what you pay for, back to ftd.
