This is not my first purchase. I have heard nothing but great reviews on the prior orders of flowers from you. The recipients were very pleased with flowers.
I said i couldn't afford the delivery and you gave it to me free, thank you. The arrangement was very nice and quaint. She loved it though and that is all that mattered. She just lost her husband after him being in a nursing home for three years and she is having trouble adjusting. So these flowers were the pick me up she needed for right now.
I got to my sister's house and saw a bouquet, I thought it was one that my brother-in-law got at Kings. My sister said it was delivered from your company. It was so small I was in shock! For the amount of money I spent I thought the bouquet would be much larger. I will NEVER order from your company again and will not recommend you to my many friends.

I honestly don't know how the Flowers looked since they were sent to my sister in law in Buffalo. They were beautiful on screen and easy to order. Maybe a bit pricey even with the discount.
Checkout through PayPal still required me to put in a lot of info. Streamlining the process would be a good idea. I don't like the idea of checking a box to NOT be signed up for something.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
