I ordered a fall arrangement (sunflowers, mums, lilies, etc) for a close friend of mine who just had a triple bypass. She sent me a picture of the flowers that she received and it was a bouquet of red roses and carnations with some foliage that looked like it had been cut off of a bush in someone's front yard. I am happy to pay for fast and efficient service, but not when the order was not at all what I had wanted delivered.

One of my orders was delivered as planned while the second order wasn't. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and didn't come til today. Had to call twice when it didn't show up. Also the case didn't look the the one in the picture either. So, am sceptical to order from you again!

My flowers were for my mom's birthday. What a disappointment. Although I know the flowers will not look exactly like what is pictured online, you expect some resemblance. There was none! My mom was also disappointed. I will never use the service again.

My Sister sent me a picture and overall the "flower cake" was beautiful but the design, or way it was put together could have been better. Plus the flowers could have been more "season" oriented.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
