Did have to use an American zip code to complete the order from Ireland, might be an idea to have an option for international orders. Otherwise very prompt professional service.

The web site is very easy to place orders. My order was to be delivered on Friday October 23rd and it was delivered on Friday Oct. 9th or Sat. Oct. 10th. We were out of the country but our daughter in law sent a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. I am extremely disappointed they came at the wrong time as it was an important event.

I would shop again probably I order this for someone to send for a birthday gift since the could not get out of the house. The flowers were nice but I feel the vase was too big for the arrangement it made it look kind of cheap in a way. I ordered an arrangement didn't go for larger size so I am assuming that the vase was for a larger bouquet. All and all was very nice I did notice after 3 days some of the flowers were wilted so. I went with this company for flowers as they were very reasonable for delivery charges. Unlike FDS and 800 flowers that charge as much as bouquet they were very reasonable. I would probably buy again from this company due to a nice price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
