Mylar balloons were fine but regular balloons did not appear to be full and deflated by the end of the day.
Delivery person tide knots in the three sets of balloon orders requiring me to remove the weights attached to eat set in order to separate the balloon arrangements before placing them in three different locations. This was time confusing and frustrating. I ordered three separate arrangements for three separate placements.
On this occasion not completely happy. Firstly I asked that flowers be delivered on Sunday but they were delivered on Saturday. I appreciate and understand why Saturday but your order system should not have given me alternative of Sunday and should not have accepted it. I ordered cup and saucer. In your advert it says 9"H x 9"L. Maybe I was wrong in assuming that was size of cup and saucer because what was delivered was a 9"L saucer BUT 9"H included the flowers in the cup, not the height of the cup on its own. Display has ended up looking like a posy of flowers rather than a vase of flowers and as it was a birthday gift to a friend, disappointed to say the least.

They were dead flowers
I ordered a premium Beauty of Autumn bouquet with a larger vase with a large ribbon tied around the vase. The product that was delivered was less than a quarter amount of flowers that I expected. The ribbon was ok sized, but some funny print that overwhelmed the size of the vase and the meager amount of flowers. There were 3 Orange roses, 4 read carnations, and about 6 or 8 red daisy like flowers with a few ferns around the bottom. EXTREMELY disappointed.
Everything was awesome I ordered proflowers the day before and these came out way better. Thank you.

I upgraded my order to a "deluxe" version of the arrangement and it arrived looking less impressive than the standard version that was displayed on the website. I'm still not entirely sure I actually received the "deluxe" version. In addition I paid to have the order expedited so that it would arrive prior to noon. It arrived at 12:30 pm after I called customer service to inquire about the delay. I was refunded to cost of expediting the order. All of these issues would seem to fall on the delivery florist (Angie's) rather than Flowers for you. But they are using that contractors services and should be aware of the carriers deficiencies.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
