Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and they never showed up. After calling they wanted to reschedule delivery for the next day which defeats the purpose of the order I put in. Never again.
The flowers are shown to be put together in vase to be delivered that way, they came in a box and most of the leaves and pedals fell off. Will never use this company again
Hello, I received this bouquet of 50 roses today. It doesn't look fresh and they refuse to refund us the full amount of money.
I ordered flowers from FromYouFlowers on August 1st for National Girlfriend Day, and not only did they not arrive on time, but we had to wait two extra days just to receive anything at all. Every time we called to ask where the flowers were, we were told they were "on the way" — which clearly wasn't true. Finally, on August 3rd, after more follow-up calls, they arrived… but they were the wrong arrangement. This wasn't just about flowers — I'm currently serving overseas in the U.S. Army, and this was a small but meaningful way to let my girlfriend know I'm thinking of her. They completely dropped the ball and ruined that moment. Sadly, this isn't even the first time I've had a bad experience with them. On her birthday, I paid extra for early delivery, and it still didn't show up on time. I won't be ordering from FromYouFlowers again. If you're looking to send something special, skip the stress and go with your local florist — at least they care about doing things right.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet and paid extra. First the delivery was late, and then the recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was multiple times smaller than the one I paid for and they were the wrong flowers! I would not recommend at all.
My girlfriend (who I currently live a great distance from) recently completed a half marathon. To celebrate this accomplishment, I decided to send her a bouquet from From You Flowers, which I ordered 3 days in advance and paid a premium fee for so that it would be delivered on the exact day of the half marathon. Prior to this point, I would've thought that would be plenty of time, but I've recently discovered that flowers, much like fine wine, take years to cultivate and a paltry 3 days of advance notice is an insult to the industry. So before going any further, I want to apologize to FYF for thinking that a florist could provide flowers without at least a fortnights notice and a letter stamped by someone descended directly from one of the remaining royal bloodlines. That's on me. The instructed date for delivery came and went, and there was nothing. No communication, no flowers. My only solace was the tracking website which perpetually showed that my selected bouquet was stuck in "ordered" purgatory. I've come to know this green and sometimes orange line for the cruel master that it is; giving hope as it progresses to a further step, only to feel this hope drain as the hours pass and it is revealed that this next step is merely a cruel trick. There are no flowers, and there never was. Only a green and sometimes orange line. 2 days passed without any update before I finally took it upon myself to reach out to customer support. Since I currently reside outside of the US, all of this communication unfortunately took place over the online chat feature and not a phone call. Please bear that in mind for the fun games noted later on which may not be available via phone call. For those with a few hour burning a hole in your pocket, I can think of no better way to pass the time then letting a series of increasingly apologetic customer service reps from FYF try and explain how every florist in the state is somehow incapable of assembling a bouquet. I've had the privilege of sharing chats with 3 customer service reps, 3 supervisors, and 1 escalation rep over the course of 2 days. Their names haunt me. I have no idea if these people are real, just using aliases, or if they're all specially trained AI that know how to employ just the right amount of incompetence as to not spoil the ruse. No matter the case, they take on a corporeal form in my dreams. There are two things that all of these beings have in common. The first is that they are very sorry and are confident in their abilities to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, the second thing they have in common is that they are all liars. All 3 supervisors and the escalation rep promised to arrange for a delivery within 24 hours of when we spoke. To date, none of them have managed to follow through on this promise. To his credit, the first supervisor did promise a refund which was eventually issued. However, given that they have yet to actually deliver any goods or services, it would have felt somewhat criminal for them to hold this money for almost a week after the original delivery was meant to take place without having delivered anything. For those of you do find yourselves slowly being waterboarded in sorries by these experts of extenuation, I suggest playing one of two games to pass the time. My personal favorite is "guess the name of the supervisor you'll be transferred to". A hint for those who are unacquainted would be that it will always be substantially more white and suburban than whoever you were last speaking with. Another banger is "how long will it take for them to reply to my detailed complaint with a pregenerated apology without any further details." My PR is 8 minutes but I'm certain a special someone out there can break into double digits. If I had to describe the ideal customer for From You Flowers, it would be someone who hates their significant other almost as much as they hate themselves. There's no better way to show your partner that you despise them than by showing up empty handed on a special occasion. And, as an extra upside for you, speaking to the customer service reps is one of the purest forms of slow burning masochism that's legal in all 50 states.
I wanted to send my grandma flowers for mothers day. They did not arrive by 5pm so I called as they had delivery till 7pm, they promised they would be delivered by 7pm. I found the next day they were not delivered. I was upset but decided to give them another try and called them again, again they 'guaranteed' they would be delivered the day after, and again I called at 5pm and again they promised and again they failed. NEVER EVER! AGAIN!
I ordered flowers for my mother, and although they had been sitting in my town since Friday, they didn't arrive until today. By the time they got here, the tulips were completely dead—no water, no ice packs, nothing to keep them fresh. When I contacted customer service, they initially only offered a 30% refund, which was unacceptable. I had to push for a full refund before they finally "looked into it" and agreed. Disappointed is an understatement. No real apology, no solution—just poor service all around. I won't be ordering from them again
Horrible company, they are cheaters and liars. I ordered, I paid, but they never delivered. I wrote letters, e-mails - nothing happens. They are all cheaters, hands off. 60 bucks down the chimney!
We order flower for funeral at church. Received order doesn't look like what displace on my order. Flowers are not fresh and look very poor quality. Here is what i order and what i received. I am very disappointed with your service. I displaced proof of purchase and what i received in photos.
Do not waste your money on this fraudelent company. I bought a funeral bouquet and it never got delivered and all they could say was "I apologize".
I ordered a bear and balloon for my son who is a cancer patient at a Boston hospital at the cost of $57.34. He received it today but did not know who it was from because the online card that I filled out was not with it. There was only a tag on it that said it was from Shop and Save.
I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered.
The flowers weren't in best condition. Roses were wilty and brown around the edges. I wish I read their reviews before placing my order.
It is very risky to order flowers from From You Flowers, especially if they are meant for someone important to you. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my wedding anniversary. On the evening of the delivery date, I received a notice stating that the flowers had been delivered, but no delivery had actually occurred. When I called customer service, the representative said that it seemed the flowers had not been delivered and assured me they would arrive the next day. Although I requested a full refund, which was granted, there was no apology offered. I also inquired about the carrier used for delivery so I could track the order myself, but they refused to disclose any information about the delivery process.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with For you flowers. I ordered flowers that never arrived, and the customer service was awfull.
Despite numerous calls and promises of 'tomorrow' delivery, the flowers never showed up. The lack of accountability and transparency was staggering.
Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to see if I'll even receive a refund. The constant runaround and lies have ensured that I will never be ordering from this company again.
If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise against using From you flowers
The worst flowers ever delivered. This is a scam, wast of money. Never use this place.
In addition, I paid 2.99 extra to have it delivered by noon. The trash flowers were delivered after 7 pm.
Sent Thanksgiving flowers from Scotland. Spent nearly 100 dollars on a centrepiece with candles and they delivered a few half dead flowers. So embarrassing and customer service useless offering me only 25% back. This miss selling is clearly deliberate and this company scamming customers Photo of what I bought and what I got
Thought my partner will get surprised, but I'm the one who got surprised. Flowers were ugly as $#*!! I ordered and paid the Premium but what she gotten were left over flower! You guys are scam! Ratings would be -*******
First time order placed, got cancelled due to remote location. Fine, i got my refund and went elsewhere. Figured i will give them a second chance this past week. Delivery date was for Saturday, came to work Monday with VM that delivery was not made due to remote location! Never again i will use them. Worst flower service ever.
They took the money and they didn't deliver the flowers.
Very bad service...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
