I wanted the delivery to be a surprise but instead, the delivery person called the recipient ahead of time to make sure they were available for the delivery. Then the flowers were poorly package, so water was leaking everywhere.
My sister in law kept saying how beautiful the fall arrangement was and she will enjoy using the container later. I will continue ordering because the prices are reasonable and I know they will be enjoyable.

My last order was unavailable but was sent to the farm, where they would fill the order an send it in a box,
I personally have received several flowers and plants in a box. Always perfect condition of the flowers and no breakage of the container. Simple vase with pink carnations, roses and daises with the green center. Listed at $39.00. It was delivered in a box with no arrangement o r vase and the price ws $62+ My sister's 80 birthday but instead of a beautiful arrangement, she had no vase and had to arrange them in two shorter vases She has just moved to Senior living and did not have an appropriate container, no car to run out and purchase one.

Had ordered from them before with a beautiful bouquet. Ordered one for my mother's in laws birthday and it was late and of very poor quality. I could have bought a prettier one from the supermarket. Will never buy from them again sadly

The bouquet I ordered was for my sister's funeral. I picked a beautiful arrangement on picture it has roses, purple flowers, and then mini white roses surrounding the base of a cross. There were 3 full size roses and then what looked like white Daisy's and not very elegant.
My Mom was delighted to receive a gorgeous bouquet of purple flowers for her birthday and they are lasting a long time.

I ordered an arrangement from the website for my mother's birthday. I was contacted the day before delivery that the local supplier did not have the arrangement I selected in stock, but would replace it with something similar. The arrangement that was delivered was beautiful, but I was a little disappointed that it was not what I had originally picked out. I appreciated being notified that it would be different ahead of time.

Always nice presentation but the pictures online showing the sizes are misleading. When I order the Premium size it looks more like Deluxe size in person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
