The roses were hot when we received them and the vases were way too small for the amount of roses that were to be put in the vase. They never did open which was disappointing as they were for my 50th Wedding Anniversary. We purchased 1 dozen roses at our local store to make up the 50 and they turned out to be the best roses. Very disappointed!

Delivery charge was a bit expensive and presentation was in vase but that's all. No pretty paper or pretty bag or even a lovely handwritten card was presented. The black and white Xeroxed note clipping seemed a bit tacky.
The flower arrangement is beautiful. Made my wife's day on her Birthday.
I upgraded to the medium/mid priced bouquet but the bouquet received was much sparser than the picture shown...more like the lower priced bouquet :(

I couldn't get my first choice on the delivery date I wanted but otherwise OK.
It was delivered promptly, as advertised with no complaints to add.
I requested same-day delivery. It's okay that it was not able to be delivered on the same day. It was not okay that a florist accepted the job as deliverable on the same day and failed to do so. The florist could have turned down the request rather than accepting it and keeping my expectation that it would have been delivered on the same day.
The $2.99 same-day fee was refunded to me but it was very frustrating, especially because of the nature of the gift.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
