Quality of the flowers was good. Would recommend to others. Shopping experience was good. Would recommend upgrading some of the pics. Flowers don't look so fresh in some of the different angles. I didn't like that I could not get a time frame on what time to expect delivery and I also didnt like that it took all day for it to be delivered.

My order arrived a day late, looked NOTHING like the arrangement I had ordered, and the was half dead. We think it may have been left overnight in the delivery truck but that doesn't explain why it didn't look like what had been ordered. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and I will not use this company again.

We upgraded from the economy version to reflect like the picture as shown. It was nice but looked small compared to other flower arrangements at the funeral service.
I find it difficult to understand, I order flowers from you-guys 2-3 times a year and still I have to enter all my information each time I use you're system. I try putting in my password for the account and that too, I have problems with. Where's the customer service?
