It was necessary to pay additional money for the order to qualify for delivery so I ordered a mylar balloon and then the mylar balloon was not attached to the arrangement. Also there was no bow around the base of the vase.
It was all great until the surprising handling/service charge at the very end... this amount wasn't previously included/shown as I placed order.
Last time I ordered Same day delivery it was delivered 2 days later. I also have had a past experience where I ordered a deluxe bouquet and my recipient received a small, but I am trying one more time. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
