Eat and beautiful flowers
The ordering process was fine, I didn't realize that the flowers would be delivered from Ill. To Detroit metro area. They were shipped UPS, and it would've been fine if I was at the beginning of their delivery route, however I am at the end of their route. The flowers were in the delivery truck at 9AM, they were not given to me until 7:30PM. These were for an Anniversary which is that day, my delivery came when the day was almost over. Not overly happy! I should have ordered locally! My mistake! If you are at the start of UPS route you might be OK! The roses were good, lost a few from the two dozen that were wilted, don't know if getting them earlier would have prevented losing them. Who knows?
I thought the prices were great but the shipping was an extra $15! I was not expecting that!
I order gifts often for my business. I gave this site a try in hopes of establishing an ongoing relationship. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when the items (for my wife) didn't arrive until 7:22pm. When they did arrive, they were left outside without so much as a knock on the door. I just so happened to hear a car door. Had I not, I believe the flowers would have gotten ruined.
The person they were sent to thought they were absolutely beautiful! She loved them. I was however upset that it was not the bouquet that I ordered or anywhere close to it with all the bright colors. It was only lavender and yellow. I am just ok with this order because she loved it but may hesitate ordering again knowing you will not get what you ordered or anywhere close to what you order.
Hi! The plant delivered is beautiful but not what I ordered. I ordered an orange kalanchoe plant. What was received was a basket of several green plants with orange carnations. It's beautiful but not what was ordered. If the florist didn't have what was ordered or the specific color, I would have appreciated being contacted. Thank you!

I have been buying my mom flowers weekly thru this tough time, ran into an add for you placed the order and she is loves them. She says they are so BEAUTIFUL. As long as my mom is happy I am happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
